This time it will be a feast of old meets new, as pasta pioneer Ada is joined by the very talented (their words not ours) Sam Scott of La Prova wines.
Enjoy an abundant dinner featuring share style and individual courses from Ada, as you hear from Sam and taste a selection of his Italian inspired wines with an Australian sensibility.
Sam will be presenting wines that are vibrant and fruit-forward, with a savoury twist and great varietal character.
