Members receive notification of their pack’s seasonal recommendations before the shipment date, and are free to change, increase, suspend or decline by responding by email prior to the shipment date. Shipment and billing will occur automatically if members do not respond by email prior to the shipment date.
The amount billed will be the total RRP of the recommended wines less 15% membership discount. If members choose to change or increase the pack contents by email prior to the shipment date the amount billed will be the total RRP of the wines less 15% membership discount.
Should the maximum price of the recommended seasonal pack change, members will be notified at least one month in advance.
Members can cancel their membership by email anytime. Members must notify La Prova of changes to address or billing details. La Prova will not be liable for loss from incorrect payment or delivery details.
